Glasgow—Dentons has advised Praxis on a letting at its 310 St Vincent Street development in Glasgow to debt collection agency Wescot Credit Services. 

The letting in Glasgow's city centre is made up of 28,000 sq ft across three floors of the refurbished landmark building, one of the largest office lettings in Scotland since March. The building is now almost completely occupied with tenants from IT provider Cisco, engineering company COWI, patent and trademarking firm Lawrie IP, and tech firm OnScale

This is the second transaction Dentons has advised Praxis on in the past three months. In September, Dentons advised Praxis on the sale of Fintry House in Hamilton International Business Park after an occupational lease re-gear.
