Dentons Sirote is pleased to share that Jim Vann has been named one of the Birmingham Business Journal's "Who's Who in Banking" for 2023. The Birmingham Business Journal presented the annual "Who's Who in Banking" list in a special section on March 31, 2023, highlighting him as one of the movers and shakers in the banking and finance industry in the Magic City.

Vann is president, board member and shareholder of Dentons Sirote in Birmingham, AL, where he is a member and former chair of the Dentons Sirote Real Estate practice group. In his practice, Vann represents banks and other lenders in connection with all types of lending, including commercial and industrial loans, as well as real estate loans. He also represents developers and owners of multi-family and other commercial real estate in the acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of such properties.
