On our second episode of season 2, we dip our toes into the vast ocean that is the Metaverse, and we seek guidance from an experienced Captain sailing the virtual seas.

We are joined by Joseph C. Guagliardo Partner in Dentons New York office, and member of Venture Technology and Emerging Growth Companies group and co-leader of the Dentons Blockchain, Digital Assets & Cryptocurrency team. He has a very active practice representing early stage, venture backed and public enterprises on legal matters in blockchain, digital assets, and the metaverse, including among others, blockchain and cryptocurrency protocols, NFT issuers, digital asset marketplaces, and decentralized organizations.
