We would like to congratulate Sirote attorney Jim Vann for being named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s “Who’s Who in Banking” List for 2021. This annual feature spotlights the Magic City’s major contributors to the banking and finance industry.

Jim is a member of the firm's Banking and Finance Practice Group, where he represents banks and other lenders in connection with all types of lending, including commercial and industrial loans, as well as real estate loans. He represents developers and owners of multi-family, industrial, and other commercial real estate in the acquisition, sale, leasing, and financing of such properties. Jim also serves as general counsel to various businesses and companies, advising clients on a broad range of business issues. 

Jim has garnered an impressive number of awards and recognitions during his legal career. He has been ranked in Chambers USA (Banking and Finance) every year since 2017 and earned an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating ™ from Martindale Hubbell®.  He has also been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America© in Banking and Finance Law every year since 2012 and in Real Estate Law for 2020 and 2021, among other honors.
