Cassidy Grunninger is a member of Denton’s Intellectual Property and Technology practice group, where she assists organizations in navigating the complexities of domestic and international trademark and copyright law. She advises on issues such as clearance, portfolio management, prosecution, licensing, risk management, defense, and enforcement. Cassidy also assists clients with building and executing trademark strategy, including developing, maintaining, and protecting brand assets. Cassidy provides strategic counsel to clients regarding all stages of trademark prosecution, from clearance and prosecuting applications through registration, as well as handling opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Cassidy has experience enforcing domestic and international trademark portfolios for companies operating in a variety of industries, including restaurants, retail, entertainment, and publishing, among others.
