The purpose of this course is to help general counsel assess the strength of their company’s Employee Retention Credit Claim so that they can best advise regarding next steps. This course will outline general eligibility requirements, areas of controversy, how to assess the strength of an Employee Retention Credit claim, and what steps taxpayers can take to ensure they are in the best position possible related to a claim. Afterwards, participants should have a broad knowledge base that can be applied to their company’s unique position.
