Andreína Requena Herrera is an associate of the Dentons’ office in Caracas. Andreína’s practice focuses on tax and corporate law, providing advice on business, tax, administrative procedures and tax litigation. She has assisted several clients in the incorporation, merger, dissolution and liquidation of companies, customs, national, state and municipal taxes, agreements to avoid international double taxation and procedures before the public administration.

Prior to joining our Caracas office, she worked for a major global auditing firm, providing services to multinational and foreign companies in tax, customs and corporate matters.

She is currently pursuing a specialization in tax law at the Universidad Central de Venezuela
