Tre is a member of Dentons’ Capital Markets practice group, focusing on private asset-backed securities transactions with mortgage loans. He represents banks and other financial institutions in their roles as issuers, underwriters, servicers, and other market participants on a variety of asset-backed securitization transactions, including residential mortgage-backed securities and commercial mortgage-backed securities. His practice also involves repurchase facilities, servicing advance facilities and mortgage servicing rights securitizations.
