Dentons, the world’s largest global law firm, was named “Best Franchise Law Firm” at the Global Franchise Awards 2023 organized by Global Franchise magazine. The award recognizes Dentons’ position as a leading global legal adviser on all aspects of international franchising.

For example, Dentons represented international lingerie brand Victoria’s Secret in the creation of a joint venture with a Chinese partner, affecting more than 60 shops in China. The firm also advised Millat Investment on a long-term master franchise arrangement for the introduction of CircleK convenience stores into South Africa.

The Global Franchise Awards ceremony took place in Las Vegas on February 25, 2023, as part of the International Franchise Association (IFA) Annual Convention. Of Counsel Manal Hall from the Lehi office and partner Matthew Hafen from the St. George office accepted the award on behalf of Dentons.
