Phoenix Partners, a private equity fund, with the collaboration of the Fonds régionaux FTQ Montréal, announced the acquisition of BBH Group Inc., a company that designs, outsources manufacturing and distributes a complete line of quality Personal Protective Equipment including gloves, safety equipment, industrial ropes, workwear and Hi-Vis.

Groupe BBH Inc. is experiencing strong and sustained growth in Canada, the US and globally with a catalogue of well-known brands including Holmes Workwear, H-Series, Worktuff, Horizon, Barry & Boulerice, Terra, Gardena, Roots, Karbon and Dickies.
