Hosted in the firm's Dubai office and lead by partner from the Dentons Global Franchise team, Babette Märzheuser-Wood, the interactive workshop explored topical issues relating to international expansion, contractual commitments and key factors in negotiations. It also focused on the important commercial drivers and legal barriers to be addressed when assessing franchise opportunities.
