London—Dentons has advised Cathay Investments 2 Limited (Cathay) on its acquisition of The Original Poster Company Limited (OPC), the world's leading distributor of greeting cards, and global logistics and supply chain solutions specialists PNC Global logistics Limited (PNC).   Dentons advised on the corporate acquisitions and the acquisition finance elements as well as on various other aspects of the deals, including on employment, real estate, regulatory and commercial matters.
