Dentons' Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised Cavatina Holding, a developer of commercial real estate, on the sale of three A-class office buildings included in the Equal Business Park office complex in Kraków to a consortium managed by Apollo-Rida Poland. This is Cavatina Holding’s yet another major sale of office buildings within last 12 months that Dentons advised on.

Equal Business Park (EBP) is an office complex comprising of three office buildings with six floors above ground (buildings A, B, C), which are the subject of the transaction, and one office building with five floors, which is the fourth stage of the investment, being currently under construction (building D). The complex is located in Kraków’s Podgórze district at Wielicka St., and offers a total of over 60,000 sq. m of the office space.

In 2016, building B of the EBP complex was named the Best Office Facility in Kraków in the plebiscite of “Atut Kraków”, organized by the City Hall. Two years later, the same building obtained a distinction for an architectural design at the “Property Design Awards 2018”.

The transaction was led by partner Bartłomiej Kordeczka and managing counsel Maciej Jodkowski, with the support of associate Alicja Grabowska. Partner Cezary Przygodzki and managing counsel Tomasz Krasowski advised on the tax aspects of the transaction.
