Dentons has advised Savills Investment Management (Savills IM) on the over €100 million acquisition of five buildings included in the Park Beskid II warehouse and industrial complex from 7R and VRE. The transaction was concluded on behalf of Vestas Investment Management and will be carried out in three stages. The final phase, closing the project, will take place in March 2022.

Park Beskid II developed by 7R comprises five buildings and offers approximately 90,000 sq. m. of warehouse and industrial space. Four properties have standard specification, with the other one being a BTS (build-to-suit) facility for a JV between Valeo and Siemens.

Partner Jacek Jezierski, senior associates Paulina Dąbek and Alicja Puławska led the transaction supported by associates Zuzanna Soboń and Maciej Kulpiński. A team encompassing partner Bartosz Nojek, assisted by senior associate Katarzyna Adamczyk and associate Jakub Olejniczak, advised the client on financing granted by Bayerische Landesbank for the acquisition of the investment project. Managing counsel Tomasz Krasowski and counsel Marcin Czajkowski assisted the client on selected tax aspects of the deal.
