Dusseldorf—Global law firm Dentons has advised Palmira Capital Partners on the acquisition of a business park on Kaiserswerther Strasse in Ratingen near Dusseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Palmira is acquiring the fully let business park for the Unternehmensimmobilienclub 2 (UIC 2) fund. The vendor is an individual fund managed by Rhenium Asset Management, which has held the property for the past 10 years. The parties agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The  of 27,500 m² site includes a rental property, which has a floor space of around 18,700 m² and is currently fully let to 16 tenants. The hall areas account for approximately 12,000 m², with 6,700 m² of office and social space.
