Ana is a Senior Associate in Bolivia. She has ample experience in real estate, both in transactions involving urban real estate and in transactions of large tracts of land in the rural sector. She specializes in civil-commercial, agrarian and forestry law, agribusiness, and in administrative procedural issues related to natural resources and the hydrocarbon sector. Her practice in real estate is reinforced by her experience as in-house attorney of the National Institute of Agrarian Reform INRA.

Her experience in these regards relates to both advising and litigation aspects. She has actively advocated in dispute resolutions, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, litigations matter including judicial review appeals.

Confidential client: Assisting with a due diligence and acquisition of an agricultural lot for US$1.5 million.
Confidential client: Regularization of the Company’s property rights before the Instituto Nacional de Reforma Agraria (National Institute of Agrarian Reform). Value of the property US$5 million.
Confidential client: Regularization of property rights at the Instituto Nacional de Reforma Agraria (National Institute of Agrarian Reform). Value of the property US$10 million. Assisting with the preparation of an arbitration claim to enforce the fulfillment of real estate purchase contract. Amount of the dispute US$20 million.
Confidential client: Assisting with due diligences concerning a rural property. Advised on the sale of an urban property. Advised on the closing of a leasing contract. Amount US$1 million.
Confidential client: Representing in a litigation defending our client’s easements. Amount of the claim US$172 million.
Confidential client: Assisting with a Capital increase and with the incorporation of two urban properties. Value of both properties US$1.4 million.
