Edward Michel is a member of Dentons' Capital Markets practice group, concentrating his practice on residential mortgage finance transactions.

Edward represents banks and other secondary market lenders and non-bank financial institutions in connection with repurchase agreements and other bilateral credit facilities secured by residential mortgage loans, single-family rental properties, REO Property, mortgage servicing rights and other asset classes. Edward also represents financial institutions, including hedge funds and private equity companies, with respect to purchases, sales and servicing of all types of mortgage assets.
