Viesgo is a Spanish electricity distributor and generator, serving approximately 700,000 customers through its over 30,000km distribution network and 500MW of generation capacity.Shaw Communications Inc.: Advising this leading Canadian enhanced connectivity provider on its offering of CA$1 billion of senior notes, comprised of CA$500 million principal amount of 3.80% senior notes due 2023 and CA$500 million principal amount of 4.40% senior notes due 2028.Enbridge Inc.: Representing Enbridge on its $1.75 billion sale of a 49 percent interest in a portfolio of renewable power assets in North America and Europe to the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB). The subsequent refinancing of the Southern Lights credit facilities was also recognized as the North American Project Bond of the Year by IJGlobal Americas Awards.
