Located in the northwest corner of Alabama, the area known as “the Shoals” is comprised primarily of four separate cities – Florence, Muscle Shoals, Sheffield, and Tuscumbia. Our office in the Shoals, Dentons Sirote’s newest location, is located in the heart of the area – downtown Florence. The Shoals’ rich artistic, musical, and cultural heritage, which pull visitors from all over the world to the Shoals, has provided the platform for the region’s transformation into a lively, modern community. Shoals natives, such as Helen Keller and W.C. Handy, the Father of the Blues, have profoundly impacted countless individuals across the globe, and the Shoals remains a steady, rooted source of economic and artistic inspiration.

With longstanding relationships across the Tennessee Valley, Dentons Sirote is pleased to serve new and existing clients throughout the Valley with a full array of legal services.
