Sarah is a senior associate based in our Edinburgh office and a member of the UK Disputes practice.

An experienced litigator, Sarah's practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. Her clients range from large global companies to high-net-worth individuals. Planning law is one particular area of focus, representing a client at three public local inquiries (including one super inquiry) over a two-year period. Professional negligence is another area of focus where, by acting on behalf of a multinational insurer, Sarah has represented a number of professionals and individuals both pursuing and defending complex claims at Sheriff Court and Court of Session level.

Sarah regularly undertakes advocacy in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and is experienced in alternative dispute resolution, having represented clients at mediations.
