Hungary: The Hungarian Energy and Public Utility Regulatory Authority published the official results of the second METÁR tender on February 11. The summary evaluation reveals that 257 tender proposals were submitted in this round, 36 proposals (14%) of which were declared successful, while 189 proposals (74%) were valid, but had to be rejected due to the exhaustion of generation volumes available for support and their insufficiently competitive bid prices. The remaining 32 proposals (12%) were declared invalid for other reasons.
