Berlin/Düsseldorf/Frankfurt—Global law firm Dentons has advised Qualitas Energy on a partnership with Surplus Equity Partners to build a comprehensive wind energy portfolio in Germany.

Within the framework of the cooperation, the two companies will develop wind farms with a total capacity of 200 megawatts in seven locations in Germany. The wind farms are currently in various stages of planning, with commissioning of the plants planned between 2025 and 2027. In addition to this project, Qualitas Energy currently operates more than 40 wind farms in Germany, which are currently being repowered to significantly increase wind power generation.
